Start-up Visa Program

This is a fast-track procedure for a self-employment Italian work visa issued by Italian Authorities within the annual quantitative restrictions on visas set out by a yearly Government Decree. An essential requirement for this Visa is the qualification of the Start-up as technologically innovative by an Italian ad-hoc Committee. In this particular case, the certificate of ‘no obstacles’ to the issuance of the visa is notified within 30 days from the application, and the visa itself is issued with absolute priority.
