Navigating Family Sponsorship to Canada

Family class sponsorship in Canada does not just apply to spouses, but can also include common-law or conjugal partners, dependent children under the age of 19, parents, grandparents, siblings, nephews or nieces, and grandchildren under the age of 18, along with other family members that are in specific circumstances. The person being sponsored must live outside of Canada, unless they are legally residing in Canada temporarily, such as those on a work or study permit.
